Media Training , Media Literacy Training & Mentorship
Here at KiDz HuB, our mission is to give "HuBBers" the tools neccesary to effectively navigate their way in the communication age. We equip these kids, tweens and teens with the ability to evaluate the content that they consume, as well as giving them the tools to be content creators as well.
Our network of Junior Broadcasters, Editors, Writers , Bloggers and Vloggers are currently located all over the world but collaborate to enrich each other's work.
We are grateful for all the media professionals who continue to give their time and expertise to the mentorship of our "Hubbers." Our goal is to provide and sharpen the set of tools our youth will need for success in the future .

Leadership Training & Civic Engagement
Our program teaches youth that they are not too small to make a big impact.
Our coverage and spotlight focuses on youth that is making a difference in the community. This is the key to getting our "Hubbers" to 'switch on' to the world around them.
The Junior Advisory Board, our award system, and our helpful incentives provide the proper and healthy encouragments that our youth need to step up and lead.

Career Mentorship & Partnership
Though our mission centers around youth and media, an additional part of the program's centerpiece is the focus to give our youth members opportunities to interview, explore and gain a more in-depth knowledge and experience of various professions.
Through the research process involved in preparing for an interview, or to cover an
event, "HuBBers" learn a wealth of information that they can use to help them
effectively select a career in the future.
Professionals in various fields of work have the opportunity to provide mentorship to an aspiring doctor, engineer or programmer through weekend, scheduled or Summer internships.
International Collaboration & Cultural Awareness
KiDz HuB Media Network partners with local, national and international organizations and initiatives that seek to create media spaces for youth.
We work with partner organizations to support the importance of the youth voice on a wide variety of issues concerning youth across the globe. Youth within our
networks develop friendships across the globe, as they collaborate to be a part
of the discussions about creating solutions to problems and challenges in the world.
We currently have partner on every continent across the globe.

International Media Opportunities Overseas
KiDz HuB Media Network Junior Broadcasters (JBs) typically cover local events largely relevant and interesting to youth. However for certain special events (i.e. The Annual Penn Relays in Philadephia, USA or The Youth View Awards in Jamaica West Indies) JBs have the opportunity of travelling overseas to participate in hosting/co-hosting duties with other Junior broadcaster in the country that the event is taking place.
Since April 2011, KiDz HuB has partnered with Team Jamaica Bickle (TJB) - a non profit founded in 1994, that has played an active role in the development and care of the athletes through its Hospitality Initiative at the annual Penn Relays . Through the organization’s efforts, more Caribbean atheletes are able to travel to and participate in the relays.

Resume' Services via our Teacher Partnerships
In early 2015, our Junior Broadcasters began getting offers for extended intership opportunities during the Summer holiday break from school.
Most of the companies needed a resume to get a picture of the young journalists' skill sets. It took us weeks to adequately work with our JB's to prepare their resumes .
Thanks to our new teacher partnerships in schools, all of our Junior Broadcasters are now able to create and update their resumes. Now their resumes can fully fresh and at the ready whenever it is needed.
