About Our Junior Advisory Board/Youth Admin Board
While our mission is to train and mentor youth to be Junior Broadcasters, our ongoing training and mentorship also focuses on developing confidence, self-esteem, and leadership. We encourage "HuBBers" to develop a toolkit of skills that they will be able to use in the future.
We rely heavily on the suggestions, thoughts, and views of our Junior Advisory Board (JAB) as they contribute to how the organization and our services evolve. These youth leaders have the opportunity to take responsibility and grow their leadership capabilities by discussing, implementing and following through on their word to develop the skills and minds of our young "HuBBers".
