#HUSTLE Entrepreneurship Summit

The Courtleigh Auditorium in Kingston, Jamaica was jam packed on Saturday March 4, 2017 for the HUSTLE Entrepreneurship Summit. Over 200 of the country’s young entrepreneurs were gathered at the summit which was put on by ‘Next Gen Creators.'

Co-Founder of Next Gen Creators and former President of the KiDz HuB Media Network, Ja’dan Johnson who was also the lead organizer for the conference was elevated when he heard the positive feedback from participants. “We were glad to break down some of the barriers that limited our young entrepreneurs from being actively involved in the conversation and meeting the right people” Ja’dan told ‘Loop News’. Johnson believes that events like this summit are extremely important as they allow young people to learn from individuals who have first-hand experience with running successful companies.

One of KiDz HuB’s Junior Broadcaster, and recently appointed communications director, Reajean Bennett described the HUSTLE Summit as ‘POWERFUL’. “There were intriguing speeches given by various speakers and KiDz HuB proudly conducted effective interviews”. Bennett continued to say “Our presence could be felt by the audience and when they saw us they came right over and started a conversation”. She explained that they mingled, networked, made new friends and even gained support in donations for their upcoming broadcast tour to the Penn Relays.

The opportunity was given to do coverage and that’s what the Junior Broadcasters from the KiDz HuB Media Network did, they went to the summit, executed well and did a great coverage.
