LIVE Presidential Exit Speech on RJR.94FM - Inzingah McCarthy

Good Afternoon listeners. It is indeed an honour to be on this show on this fine Sunday evening. It has been almost 7 years since I have been involved in KiDz HuB and I can proudly say I have never been more blessed to be apart of it.

I’m grateful to Mr. Orlando Dillon for launching the KiDz HuB Jamaica Chapter and other outlets like these, for the youth of today’s generation to take hold of . I’m grateful to have been selected as president of the organization from 2016-April 2018. I’m honored and elated to officially grant Mr Jhon Marc Prince as the new President of KiDz HuB. I sincerely hope you flourish and shine to the best of your ability and leave an outstanding legacy for others to emulate and create new leaders. I’m confident that you have all the necessary attributes to an exceptional leader, friend and mentor to others. KiDz HuB has not only given me exposure and experience, but, it has also made me a better person and it allowed me to see and use my talents and be able to properly express and be creative. It has built my character to be more focused, dedicated and resilient in everything I take part it.

In the year 2012 in April I got the opportunity to attend the 118th staging of the Penn Relays and just recently we covered the 124th. Making this happen was no easy task the Hubbers has to train and adequately prepare to represent themselves and their country . Being 17 years old and feeling so accomplished is an amazing feeling. And this is only the start of an incredible journey that Kidz Hub helped to lay a foundation for.

covering big events within and outside of my country such as: Reggae Sumfest, Rebel Salute, Penn Relays etc., netting new people and networking has put me on another level where I have a much wider and logical insight on what I want my life to be like. Indeed there are challenges in trying to balance both school and work but to my surprised I realized that being apart of this network helps tremendously in gaining basic knowledge during my journey that helps allot during school courses.

I hope a I left a legacy for other hubbers. Id like to send special thanks to Mr. Orlando Dillon the man who had the vision and who worked assiduously to make it a reality for us as well as our mentors over the years both long term an short term. Uncle Marc, uncle Kirk aunty Kissan just to name a few are those who gave the team much guidance and who took time to invest in us and of course uncle Gerry for giving us this platform and for being a long term mentor to us and allowing us to shine. Thank you everyone for this opportunity. I really appreciate p the love and support and to Jhon Marc I’m proud and excited for you as you depart on an amazing journey.
